Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Feedzy (“the Service”), operated by ThumbMastery LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using Feedzy, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Feedzy is a production workspace for YouTube teams. It provides content pipeline management, file storage, A/B thumbnail testing, video uploading, team communication, and analytics.

Feedzy is available at app.feedzy.io. Access requires a registered account.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Feedzy. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 or older and have the legal authority to agree to these Terms.

If you are using Feedzy on behalf of a company, organization, or team, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately at support@feedzy.io.

Each workspace has an Owner who controls access, roles, and permissions for that workspace. The Owner is responsible for managing who has access to the workspace and its data.

You may not share your account with others or allow multiple people to use a single account. Each team member needs their own account and should be invited to the workspace through Feedzy's invitation system.

4. Subscriptions and payments

Feedzy offers paid subscription plans (Pro and Business) with a 14-day free trial. A valid payment method is required to start a trial.

Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle handles billing, taxes, invoicing, and payment processing. By subscribing, you also agree to Paddle's terms of service.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your workspace settings.

If you cancel, you keep access to your workspace until the end of your current billing period. After that, your workspace is paused. Your data is preserved for up to 12 months. If you do not resubscribe within that period, we may delete your workspace data after giving you 30 days notice by email.

We will give you at least 30 days notice before any price changes take effect. Price changes will not apply to your current billing period.

5. Free trial

Each new workspace is eligible for one 14-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin and your payment method will be charged.

Abuse of the free trial (creating multiple accounts or workspaces to get repeated trials) may result in account suspension.

6. Refunds

Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. All refund requests are handled through Paddle.

If you are unhappy with Feedzy, you may request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or renewal by contacting support@feedzy.io or Paddle directly at paddle.net. Refund requests made after 14 days are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds are not available for partial billing periods. If you cancel mid-cycle, you keep access until the end of your current billing period but are not entitled to a prorated refund.

7. Your content

“Your Content” means everything you and your team upload, create, or store in Feedzy: scripts, video ideas, thumbnails, graphics, video files, comments, messages, A/B test configurations, and any other content.

Your Content belongs to you. We do not claim ownership of anything you create or upload to Feedzy.

We do not use Your Content to train AI models or machine learning systems. We do not sell, share, or distribute Your Content to any third party.

We access Your Content only to provide the Service (displaying it in your workspace, processing A/B tests, uploading videos to YouTube on your behalf, etc.) and to maintain the technical infrastructure that runs Feedzy.

8. YouTube channel connection

Feedzy connects to your YouTube channel through Google's OAuth 2.0 authorization. Feedzy requests two permissions: “See, edit and delete your videos” (required for uploading and A/B thumbnail testing) and “View monetary and non-monetary YouTube Analytics reports” (required for displaying your channel analytics). Google bundles upload, edit, and delete into a single permission; we cannot request upload access separately.

By connecting your channel, you authorize Feedzy to:

• Upload videos you approve from within Feedzy
• Run A/B thumbnail tests on your published videos
• Read your channel analytics (views, watch time, subscribers, revenue data)
• Access your channel metadata

Feedzy will never:

• Delete any video or content from your YouTube channel
• Edit or modify any existing video without your explicit action inside Feedzy
• Take any action on your channel that you did not initiate
• Share your YouTube data with third parties

You can disconnect your YouTube channel from Feedzy at any time through your workspace settings. When disconnected, we stop accessing your channel data immediately.

Feedzy's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Feedzy for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other workspaces, accounts, or our systems
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of Feedzy
• Use Feedzy to distribute malware, spam, or harmful content
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Resell or redistribute access to Feedzy without our permission
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access Feedzy without our written consent

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

10. Workspace deletion

Workspace Owners can delete their workspace from workspace settings. Deletion requires typing the exact workspace name as confirmation.

When a workspace is deleted:

• Deletion begins immediately upon confirmation. All workspace content (scripts, ideas, tasks, files, messages, A/B test data) is fully removed within 30 days
• YouTube channel connections are immediately revoked
• Team member access is immediately removed
• This action cannot be undone

Individual account deletion can be requested by emailing support@feedzy.io.

11. Data export

You can request an export of your data at any time by emailing support@feedzy.io. We will provide your data in a standard, portable format within 30 days of your request.

12. Intellectual property

Feedzy and its original content (excluding Your Content), features, and functionality are owned by ThumbMastery LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

“Feedzy,” the Feedzy logo, and related marks are trademarks of ThumbMastery LLC. You may not use our trademarks without our prior written permission.

13. Feedback

If you provide suggestions, ideas, or feedback about Feedzy, we may use that feedback to improve the Service without any obligation or compensation to you. Feedback does not transfer any intellectual property rights to us beyond the right to use the feedback itself.

14. Disclaimers

Feedzy is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that Feedzy will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We do not guarantee specific results from using the Service.

We are not responsible for any actions taken by YouTube, Google, or other third-party platforms that may affect your channel, content, or account.

15. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ThumbMastery LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, data, or profits, arising from your use of Feedzy.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ThumbMastery LLC from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

17. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Feedzy if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service.

If we discontinue Feedzy entirely, we will give you at least 60 days notice and the opportunity to export your data before the Service is shut down.

You may stop using Feedzy at any time by canceling your subscription and deleting your account.

18. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through a notice inside Feedzy at least 30 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of Feedzy after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you may cancel your subscription and stop using the Service.

19. Third-party services

Feedzy integrates with third-party services including Google (YouTube API), Paddle, and others listed in our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of these third-party services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

20. Force majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in providing the Service caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet outages, third-party service failures (including YouTube or Google API changes), government actions, or other events beyond our control.

21. Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms to an affiliate or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, provided the assignee agrees to honor these Terms.

22. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Delaware.

23. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

24. Entire agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Security Overview, constitute the entire agreement between you and ThumbMastery LLC regarding your use of Feedzy.
